Lady Biker Gifts (Susan Hurst and Johnny Martin) is owned and operated by a couple who Deb and I met about two years ago at the Annual Great Teddy Bear Run in Sarasota, Florida. We lost contact with them over the first year due to conflicting events which we were supporting. By chance in 2009 we both were at the same event in support of the DIVA Angel’s and their charity which supports the fight against breast cancer. Susan is an associate editor of the “Born To Ride” magazine. In December 2009, Susan wrote an article about Operation American Pride, Inc., and she was a Co-Sponsor of our first annual fund raiser. Susan has said over and over that Deb and I have changed her life by introducing her to the world of support for our military. The truth is, that she and Johnny have changed our lives, through their dedicated support of our organization and her love for our country and military, she has helped us in ways that you cannot put in words. So, it is with a deep sense of gratitude that I thank both Susan and Johnny for all they do to support our military men and women. |
